Adding competences to a profile provides more information to make a better planning. The employee will get tasks that even fits him better.

By adding one or more competences to a task, the system can check which employees qualify for a task. Querio can even check whether a diploma is still valid.
In the planner screen, a task can be selected and if enabled, Querio will show information about the competences from the employees.
